Nintendo has made great promises to independent developers about the upcoming WiiWare service, but will it really be all roses like they claim?
Capcom announced that the Xbox Live Arcade filesize wonÂ’t be an issue with Street Fighter II HD.
Criterion Games announced that the new islands in Burnout Paradise will be FREE DLC.
Activision is suing Gibson Guitars because Gibson claims that they have a patent on Guitar Hero from 1999.
But we take a caller who looked up the patent and tells us what Gibson REALLY has a patent on - and it ainÂ’t Guitar Hero!
We also take callers on if 2008 is really the time to get a PS3 and about racism in games.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
