38 Studios Closure, Xbox Live Account Jackings

In a sad ending to last week's news, 38 Studios and Big Huge Games have laid off all of their staff. Might it turn into a criminal investigation?
A judge has recommended that the Xbox 360 be banned from import into the United States due to patent litigation from Motorola.
The real money auction house in Diablo 3 (why you have to be always connected to play a singleplayer game) isn't coming anytime soon.
The lid has been busted off as to how and why so many Xbox Live accounts have been "jacked" - not hacked. Microsoft, however, says it's still not an issue.
Then we take calls about impersonations on PSN, Max Payne 3, and more geeking out over Minecraft 360.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
