Interview with Tom Buscaglia, The Game Attorney

This week's interview from SIEGE in Atlanta is with Tom Buscaglia, "The Game Attorney", and friend to independent video game developers everywhere. He has the Game Dev Kit, a set of documents every independent developer should have, as well as supporting the IGDA Foundation, giving college scholarships to video game developers of the future.
But first, we talk about Microsoft's new Game Content Usage Rules, which have been slightly modified, but still seem like it'll be the end of Let's Play videos of Microsoft games.
Then we take calls about the Game Content Usage Rules, and the Halo 4 leak.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
