Nintendo vs. Long Plays, EA Removes Online Passes

Nintendo has partnered with YouTube to take ad revenue from content ID matches of Let's Play videos. Lots of people are upset, because they forgot that SEGA completely removed videos and Microsoft actually has the same policy.
EA apparently hates the Wii U and is no longer making games for it...Is it because Nintendo said "no" to running Origin?
EA also announced that they're removing Online Passes...What do they have up their sleeve?
Then we take calls about the Let's Play issue, the upcoming (at the time of airing) Xbox reveal, and Yahoo buying Tumblr for more money than we at VOG have ever seen in our life.

But, you can join the VOG Network group on Steam even after May 15th! Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
