The Bobby Blackwolf Show Episode 395: August 11, 2013

GameStop Pre-owned Lawsuit, Xbox Live Home Gold

  • GameStop has been sued over pre-owned games costing more than new games (due to online passes) by the same guy who sued Subway over an inch of sandwich.
  • Microsoft announced Xbox Live Home Gold for the Xbox One, where every gamertag on the "home" console of a Gold account will have all of the Gold features without having to buy them separately. This will replace the recently discontinued Family Pack.
  • The midpoint break is a tribute to the 1993 PC Demo Second Reality by Future Crew, which came out 20 years ago. The source code is now available on GitHub!
  • Then we take calls about the new TMNT games, Disney Infinity, and Oculus Rift porn.
