Abandonware DMCA Exemption, New 3DS Transfer Policy

Daybreak Game Company (formerly Sony Online Entertainment) laid off most of their workforce, including people who were the public faces of their games.
All the gaming websites are going nuts over the transfer process for the New Nintendo 3DS, but they forget that it's the advanced alternative method and not the simple recommended method.
The EFF is requesting for an exemption to the DMCA to allow for abandonware games to be emulated legally.
Then we take calls about the New Nintendo 3DS, Ghostbusters: The Board Game, and how we'll be at PAX East thanks to the listeners.

Minecraft 360 has broken sales records on Xbox Live Arcade, but announcing that has shown there might have been some preferential treatment. We also talk a little bit about the game (impressions from the demo) and how it is different from the PC version. If you want to buy games on Steam, but don't want to use your credit or debit card, you now have an alternative...And neither side is too happy about it. The Xbox 360 is rumored to get Internet Explorer 9 with Kinect support. Information about the real money auction house in Diablo 3 has been released...And we talk about how much money Blizzard will take in from each successful sale. We don't take many calls because we were recording on Mother's Day, but one person called in just to call, so we talked about The Pirate Bay telling Anonymous to stop censoring other people.
